14 DAY TRIAL // Earth Defense Force 2025, a new entry from D3 Publisher, is the best-selling video game in Japan for the week that ended on July 7, managing to deliver 154,689 copies to players during its debut week.
Despite its good sales, the PlayStation 3 has not seen a similar boost and continues to steadily lose sales ahead of the launch of the PS4, this week delivering 11,683 devices to fans.
The Nintendo 3DS is the best-selling piece of hardware, although it has also seen a decline from the 50,712 of the previous week to 44,222, according to figures cited by NeoGAF.
The PlayStation Vita continues to perform pretty well and delivered 20,776 to gamers.
