The launch of Disney Magic Castle: My Happy Life from Namco Bandai Games is the best-selling video game in Japan for the past week and the new title has managed to boost sales of the Nintendo 3DS up once more.

The handheld is the biggest seller for the week that ended on August 4, reaching sales of 75.687 units coming from close to 55.000, according to NeoGAF.

The PlayStation Vita keeps second place in the charts, but it has seen a drop of about 2.000 units in the process, with the last place on the podium belonging once more to the PlayStation 3.

The Wii U is still losing sales as Nintendo fails to deliver any big hit for the device.

The rest of the video game top ten includes: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies, Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, Friend Collection: New Life, Killer Is Dead, The Witch and the Hundred Knights, Mind/Zero, Youkai Watch, Dragon's Crown on the PSP and Dragon's Crown on the PS3.
