Sucker Punch Productions has confirmed that its upcoming Infamous: Second Son title will receive a day-one update that weighs in at 350MB.

Infamous: Second Son is set to debut later this month, and the title has already gone gold a few weeks ago, meaning it was sent to manufacturing after Sucker Punch finished polishing it.

In the meantime, however, quite a few different problems were fixed while features were improved, meaning that Sucker Punch will roll out a day-one patch for the title.

According to Sucker Punch co-founder Brian Fleming, who talked with DualShockers, the day-one update for Second Son weighs in at 350MB.

The whole team worked hard to keep the patch as small as possible and Fleming recommends all fans to download the update, as it includes "improvements and other things" that are worth their time and bandwidth.

It's unclear if the patch will actually go live when the game is released on March 21, or before then, so that those with advanced copies will be able to enjoy the improved experience.

Infamous: Second Son launches later this month worldwide on March 21 exclusively for the PlayStation 4 platform. You can expect more updates to be be made available after its release.
