14 DAY TRIAL // The developers at Omega Force and Team Ninja and publisher Tecmo Koei are delivering a new trailer for their upcoming Hyrule Warriors, which is showing main character Lana in battle using a powerful Deku stick.
Lana is a powerful sorceress who can use her abilities to support Link and his forces in the conflict with Cia, the powerful black witch who is the main antagonist of the experience.
She uses an array of spells on the battlefield, and the character has a deep connection with the world she protects.
The Deku stick is traditionally a very weak weapon in The Legend of Zelda series, but it seems that gamers who get their hands on such a weapon in the coming title will be able to deliver some major blows to their enemies.
Hyrule Warriors will be launched exclusively on the Wii U and will arrive first in Japan on August 14, with gamers in Europe needing to wait for it until September 19, while those in the United States will gain access to the title after another week.
The game will have no influence on the development of the core new The Legend of Zelda title that will be offered on the Nintendo home console in 2015.
