Gearbox Software has released yet another neat trailer for the upcoming Homeworld Remastered Collection, this time around showing us some of the in-game cinematics that we'll be treated to.

Homeworld Remastered Collection consists of the overhauled Homeworld and Homeworld 2, coming with a total visual makeover, designed to work flawlessly on modern computers and supporting very high resolutions, as you can see in the video below.

The trailer is meant to showcase the remastered visuals, and you can watch it in all its glory on resolutions up to 4K on YouTube.

In addition to the graphical improvements, the game will also ship with a streamlined interface, making controlling huge armies in space easier than ever.

Furthermore, aside from enabling gamers to enjoy the cult science fiction real-time strategy game that revolutionized the genre back in 1999, Gearbox is also offering new mod tools, as well as full Steam Workshop integration.

The game is already available for pre-order on Steam, with a 15 percent discount for early adopters. Homeworld Remastered Collection will be released on February 25, 2015.

In addition to this, those who purchase the remastered edition will also receive the classic Homeworld and Homeworld 2 as a bonus, together with access to the Homeworld Remastered Steam multiplayer beta.
