14 DAY TRIAL // Whispering Willow is an interesting Kickstarter project, an adventure game with puzzles that ask the player to control both the physical body of the main character and her astral projections, to interact with spirits and the real world and find her father.
The team is asking the community for just 15,000 dollars (11,500 Euro) and is less than 1,000 dollars (768 Euro) away from its goal with a little more than two days to go.
Close to 500 people have already backed the project.
Whispering Willows does not benefit from high-profile endorsements or from the nostalgia power that drove record breaking contributions towards Torment: Tales of Numenera.
But the core ideas of the development team seem pretty solid and it will be interesting to see what the mix between adventure, puzzles and horror can offer if it gets funded.
