14 DAY TRIAL // 343 Industries is preparing a limited edition Halo: The Master Chief Collection, packed with a variety of exclusive items for fans of the series to enjoy.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection is a compilation of the first four entries in the Halo franchise of first-person shooter video games, remastered with HD visuals and new content. The selection will also grant users access to the Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer beta, set to debut at the end of the year.
The games contained within, Halo 1 through 4, have received no changes to their original stories, but all the cutscenes have been spruced up, and a few hints pertaining to the upcoming Halo 5: Guardians have been scattered throughout the games.
The limited edition, available exclusively through GAME, features a collectible Steelbook case, a physical map book featuring each and every map available within the game, as well as the Grunt Funeral Digital Skull, a DLC modifier that makes Grunts explode in a burst of plasma when gunned down.
For the time being, the retail price of the package has not yet been confirmed, but pre-orders of the product will go live soon.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection is scheduled to launch on November 11, exclusively for the Xbox One computer entertainment system from Microsoft.
