Halo fans will be delighted to find out that Halo: Spartan Assault is coming to Xbox One as well as Xbox 360 this holiday. Vanguard Games along with 343 Industries have announced today that players from all over the world will be able to download the game this December.

The omni-directional top-down twin-stick shooter Halo: Spartan Assault for Xbox One and 360 will offer fans an exciting experience and will bring them into a galactic-scale war against a terrible and overwhelming enemy – the Flood.

Unfortunately, multiplayer between Xbox One and Xbox 360 is not supported.

This time you'll be able to play more than before due to the a new feature, the all-new online Co-op mode and the Operation Hydra expansion that brings an action-packed addition to the single-player campaign.

Moreover, players will have a number of more the 30 missions, each bringing an interesting challenge. New weapons as well as armors will be available and will provide the ultimate Spartan Assault experience.
