The development team at 343 Industries has already offered a wealth of information about the beta stage for Halo 5: Guardians and a new community-created video is the only one so far showing the Killpocalypse medal and the way it was created in the shooter.

The scale of the achievement shown in the footage can only be understood by taking a look at the attached infographic, which shows that more than 20 million matches have been played during the three-week beta, even with a limited number of players involved.

Many fans of the Halo series have criticized the new mechanics that are being added to the multiplayer side of Guardians, including the extra abilities for Spartans.

The Killpocalypse video shows how they can be used by players to dominate the battlefield around them.

343 Industries has announced that, based on feedback, it is tacking the decision of allowing gamers to turn off all Spartan abilities, including sprint and Smart Scope, in all the custom matches that will be created in Halo 5: Guardians.

The new title is set to arrive on the Xbox One in the fall of this year and the developers are also looking to tweak other aspects of the experience, including matchmaking and weapon balance, in the coming months.
