14 DAY TRIAL // Halo 4 developer 343 Industries will release a special free Forge Island map in April that will allow players to use the Forge on a simple level with lots of flat surfaces.
Halo 4 entertained millions of Xbox 360 owners since its release last year and developer 343 has kept on posting new content for the game, either through free downloadable Spartan Ops episodes or through paid map packs like Crimson and Majestic add-ons.
Now, the company is getting ready to debut the Castle expansion and has confirmed that, shortly after its release on April 8, it's going to post a free update for the game that includes a brand new map called Forge Island.
The new level features lots of flat surfaces and has been demanded by fans for quite some time.
The free update with the new level will appear on April 11, according to Polygon.
