Video gamed developer 343 Industries says that Kenneth Scott, the art director of Halo 4, is currently changing positions inside the studio in order to be able to spend more time with his family.

IGN quotes the company as saying that, “In order to be with his family, Kenneth Scott and 343 Industries have agreed to transition his current role.”

The position of art director will be filled by Nicolas Bouvier, aka Sparth, while Scott will continue to work in a newly created position of visual design consultant.

Corrinne Yo, his wife, has left 343 Industries in 2013 and is currently working with Naughty Dog.

343 Industries says that the shift does not affect the future of any video games that it currently has in development.

Since the Xbox One was first announced, Microsoft has teased a new Halo game, which apparently will be launched this year.
