Video game developer Gambrinous and publisher Versus Evil are announcing that they will launch a new title called Guild of Dungeoneering on July 14, with pre-orders now open for all those interested in getting access to a special Pirates Cove Adventure Pack.

Gamers who pay for the title before it arrives will get access to one new region, two dungeoneer classes, and five special quests.

The Pirates Cove Adventure Pack for Guild of Dungeoneering will also be offered to the rest of the community for a price once the title is launched, although the exact date is not yet decided.

The new title puts an interesting twist on the classic dungeon crawling experience, as it can be seen in the trailer attached to this article.

Gambrinous is making Guild of Dungeoneering a dungeon creation title, with players able to create the environment around their character using a deck of cards that includes enemies, rewards and more.

The dungeoneer then makes his own choices and acts based on the world in which he exists, but also on his unique personality traits and the dangers that he needs to deal with.

As the title progresses, gamers get access to more cards for their guild decks, which in turn attracts more interesting visitors for the dungeons they create.
