14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at ArenaNet might be focused on expanding the scope of their more recent Guild Wars 2, but they are also preparing a big anniversary event for the eight-year celebration of the original MMO in the series.
The events will get started on April 22 and will run for one full week.
Festivities will include a variety of activities for all those who have stuck with the MMO since it was launched.
The team says on the official celebration site that, “It’s time once again to throw open the Shing Jea Boardwalk, rev up the Rollerbeetles, and don our party hats for a week of festive fun from April 22 to April 29.”
Guild Wars represented a revolution in the MMO space when it launched and ArenaNet is aiming for a similar degree of innovation with the sequel.
