14 DAY TRIAL // Guild Wars 2 developer ArenaNet confirmed last week that it was going to release this year the final four story-based updates for the online game, and now the first of these add-ons, Origins of Madness, has received more details, a gameplay video, screenshots, and a release date.
Guild Wars 2 impressed quite a lot of MMORPG fans especially since it delivered a constantly evolving online world without requiring a subscription.
Now, the first of the four major story-based add-ons has been detailed, in the form of Origins of Madness.
The themed update will once again pit players against Scarlet Briar and her evil forces in order to stop her from unleashing the Twisted Marionette.
A special video has just been revealed with the upcoming update, available above, as well as a few screenshots, which you can check out below.
Guild Wars 2 receives the Origins of Madness update on January 21.
