14 DAY TRIAL // Sony has confirmed that Gran Turismo 6 won't be affected by the delays that happened with previous installments, so PlayStation 3 fans can expect the release of the racing sim later this year.
Gran Turismo 6 was confirmed earlier this month by Sony and developer Polyphony Digital for the PlayStation 3 platform.
The game is set to appear at the end of the year but, considering the array of delays that affected the previous installment in the series, Gran Turismo 5, some fans aren't that confident in the new title sticking to its release schedule.
Sony's Product Manager, Josh Walker, begs to differ, and told MCV that "there is no reason to think the proposed release window for GT6 will not be achieved."
As a result, racing fans should await the game's arrival on the PS3 this year.
After that initial release, Polyphony has confirmed that a PlayStation 4 adaptation will be launched.
