14 DAY TRIAL // Developer Polyphony Digital and publisher Sony announce that their upcoming racing title Gran Turismo 6 will be launched exclusively on the PlayStation 3 home console on December 6 of this year.
Jim Ryan, a producer at Sony, confirmed the new date during the company's press conference at the Gamescom event in Cologne, Germany.
He has also announced that Sony is launching a new concept called Vision Gran Turismo, which will see the best car creators in the world design concept cars that will then be made available in GT6 and might at one point even be offered to real-world drivers.
The new racing game is meant to increase the level of realism and offer more cars to drive and more tracks than ever.
Drivers will be able to enjoy more detailed vehicles and better A.I.
Sony has not offered more information on a potential PlayStation 4 version of Gran Turismo 6.
