14 DAY TRIAL // Two video game employees in Montargis, near Paris in France, have been surrounded by police using submachine guns after they tried to promote the launch of Grand Theft Auto V by showing up near their store dressed up as gun-wielding thugs.
Citizens passing by the area alerted the police, which responded quickly and efficiently, disarmed the two employees and then questioned them.
A local newspaper informs that one police officer said that the encounter could have ended very badly.
Recently, France has seen a number of high-profile heists, while a jeweler in Nice shot an armed robber in the back last week and was taken into custody and was accused of murder.
