September's success story is that of two games that have managed to establish new records and receive numerous applause from their fans.

The first is Grand Theft Auto 5. The game maintained itself in the PS3 charts for quite a while now. As a result, it went on to become the biggest digital release on the platform.

If you were to look at the PlayStation Store charts for the past month across the PAL area, you will see how this particular game broke The Last of US record. Following up on second and third place are FIFA 2014 and GTA 4.

The other game is Killzone Mercenary. This particular project had an incredible boost on PS Vita and managed to beat out a number of new entries such as Rayman Legends and even The Walking Dead.

On PSN games charts, the first place is occupied by the newcomer Castle of Illusion and on PS one and PS2 Classics, another version of Grand Theft Auto, San Andreas, takes the lead.
