The development team at Codemasters is delivering another trailer for its upcoming racing title GRID 2, this time offering more information on the multiplayer side of the game and the options that players will have when they want to be socially engaged.

The team says that players will be able to get a variety of experiences, ranging from a quick race using two players in split screen to online modes that involve 12 participants.

Customization and update options are included in GRID 2 in order to allow players to differentiate their vehicles from those of their opponents.

Codemasters states, "New anti-griefing technology includes player grouping, so gamers who like to trade paint will be brought together online whilst clean racers are more likely to find similar drivers in their online sessions."

GRID 2 will be offered on the PlayStation 3 from Sony, the Xbox 360 from Microsoft and the PC in late May.
