The organizers of the Game Developers Conference 2012 have announced that they have added two sessions to the schedule of the Main Conference, one of them from developers at Double Fine and another from Rocksteady.

The Double Fine talk is linked to the Design track of GDC and will be called “Fun for Everyone: Lessons in Accessible Design from Sesame Street: Once Upon A Monster,” with Nathan Martz, who is a project lead at the company, speaking about how developers can make it easy for first-time players to understand mechanics and features.

Meanwhile Rocksteady will occupy one of the slots of the Audio track with a conference called “Composition Process in Batman: Arkham City,” led by Mick Arundel, who is both an audio director and a composer, talking about how a 20-hour-long game can keep things interesting on the audio front.

GDC 2012 will take place between March 5 and 9 of 2012 in San Francisco at the Moscone Center.
