Two new details about Forza Horizon 2 have just appeared online, confirming that it has a 407MB day-one update, as well as showing its full open world map.

Forza Horizon 2 is set to debut at the end of the month on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One platforms, delivering once again a fresh open world racing experience in which owners can drive around in some of the most impressive cars imaginable.

However, the game still isn't out just yet, so it's unclear what players should expect in terms of its large open world and its actual mechanics.

Fortunately, two new tidbits of information have appeared online recently, confirming not only its map but also its day-one patch.

Like many games nowadays, Forza Horizon 2 will have an update that must be downloaded when players first run the game, as it seems that developer Playground Games managed to fix plenty of issues after it actually sent the game to be printed onto discs. The patch, says Twitter user Mark DeSanto, clocks in at 407MB.

A leaked image file of the game's map has also appeared online, via Reddit, showing off the major open world of the new racing experience, as well as its hub zones centered around France and Italy.

Forza Horizon 2 launches on September 30 worldwide.
