The most recent issue of Famitsu has confirmed that the development team at Square Enix is working with BioWare in order to integrate some content from their most recent release Mass Effect 3 into their Japanese role-playing game Final Fantasy XIII-2.

The Japanese gaming magazine says that the content will be limited to costumes which will allow both main characters Noel and Serah to dress as Commander Shepard.

It’s not clear whether the costumes mean battle armor with the N7 tag or simply the uniforms that can be used on the Normandy.

The content is being delivered on March 27.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 already offers players access to costumes taken from Assassin’s Creed.

Square Enix also plans to launch another DLC package on the same day, which will allow players to go the Coliseum and then battle both Ultros and Typhon from Final Fantasy VI in order to then be able to recruit them for their own party.
