14 DAY TRIAL // Today marks the release of Far Cry Classic on the PS3 and Xbox 360 platforms, and Ubisoft has just revealed a launch video with the remastered first-person shooter.
Far Cry originally appeared in 2005 from German studio Crytek and was published by Ubisoft. Since then, the French company has tasked its internal studios with developing more experiences, including Far Cry 2, Far Cry 3, and Blood Dragon.
Now, Far Cry 1 has been remastered into Far Cry Classic and is coming out today, February 11, on PS3 and Xbox 360.
In order to show off the various improvements made to the game, its graphics, its cut scenes, and its user interface, a big launch video has just been posted by Ubisoft online.
As you can see above, the old game is still looking good, a testimony to its impressive technology and to Ubisoft's remastering efforts.
