The development team at Ubisoft currently working on Far Cry 4 is delivering a new diary for the fans, which is designed to take them behind the scenes and offer them more details about the creation of the game world and some of its core elements.

Gamers can watch former Maoist fighters who have taken part in the Nepalese Civil War and how their knowledge is being put to good use to deliver a more realistic story and some interesting mechanics.

Ubisoft will not abandon the playful nature of the Far Cry series, but the company does want to offer a single-player narrative that touches on real world elements and challenges the player to think about the impact of violence and how it can shape the lives of men.

Far Cry 4 will offer an open world experience set somewhere in the Himalaya mountains, with a variety of environments for gamer to explore.

The story will focus on Ajay Ghale, who travels back to his native country in order to honor his mother's dying wish and needs to deal with a powerful and insane madman dictator.

Far Cry 4 will be launched on the PC, the Xbox One, the PlayStation 4 and last-gen consoles on November 18 of this year.
