Microsoft and Lionhead studios have just released a brand new batch of screenshots for Fable: The Journey, their upcoming title that’s going to arrive on Xbox 360 consoles fitted with Kinect sensors later this year.

Fable: The Journey is definitely an interesting game, allowing players to cast spells and magic attacks by moving their hands, which are detected by the Kinect.

After a quirky presentation back at E3 2011, developer Lionhead is now seeking to remind players of the game’s existence.

In order to do so, the studio has now posted a fresh batch of images from Fable: The Journey, showing off its special magic attacks, as well as some of the encounters that await players.

Getting used to casting spells with just your hands is going to be hard at first but, as you can see in the gallery below, at least the game will entertain you with some impressive environments.

Fable: The Journey is out later this year on the Xbox 360.
