FIFA 15 is trying to get football fans to spend St. Patrick's Day in front of their computer, trying to score goals, with a new competition called Green Keane Classic, which is challenging them to try and deliver impressive strikes using players from Ireland.

The official Twitter account states that gamers need to access the official site of the competition in order to register their videos and the development team will put together a montage to show them off.

The Green Keane Classic tournament also challenges gamers to use only players from the Republic of Ireland in order to get access to some coins which they can use in the Ultimate Team mode and to an untradeable version of the best player the country has ever delivered on the world stage.

FIFA 15 has recently received a new patch which is designed to improve overall stability on all platforms but does not introduce any kind of changes to the core mechanics.

At the moment, the team at EA Sports is continuing to support the sim with events and new Team of the Week deliveries as it ramps up development on a new installment in the series, which will probably be introduced to fans in late May.
