14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at EA Sports announces that it is launching a new Team of the Week for the Ultimate Team mode for FIFA 14, which includes a selection of the best footballers that played in the European league during the last seven days.
The highlights of the new package, which can be consulted on the official site, are Lionel Messi, the Barcelona star that had an electrifying performance over the weekend, and Steven Gerrard, the Liverpool captain who led his team to victory in the Manchester United derby.
Other players that are featured include Schweinsteiger, Buffon, Silva, Koscielny and more.
Gamers can get access to any of the footballers included in the Team of the Week in order to boost their own Ultimate Team squads and improve their performance when battling friends in their online league.
EA Sports is continuing to deliver updates and new content for FIFA 14 in its effort to keep the football sim interesting, while it develops this year’s installment.
At the same time, the studio is working on a 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil title that will be offered with a set of unique mods and mechanics in the middle of April on the Xbox 360 from Microsoft and the PlayStation 3 from Sony.
