The development team at EA Sports in charge of FIFA 14 announces that it is currently running a maintenance pass on the Ultimate Team mode, which is scheduled to end at 11 AM United Kingdom time and 3 AM Pacific Time.

The company states that, “FUT, the Web App, Mobile companion app, and EA SPORTS Football Club will be offline. Online service for all other game modes will be unaffected.”

At the same time, the developers are working on making sure that they find and eliminate the cause of the freezing issues that some players are experiencing in FIFA 14.

Ultimate Team is the most successful multiplayer mode for the new game and a new pack of cards for it was launched yesterday, including the best players of the previous week.

The new football simulation will get versions for the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 using the new Ignite engine.
