The development team at EA Sports announces that it will add a number of new options for the Ultimate Team in the upcoming FIFA 14, designed to expand the range of experiences that fans can engage in.

The online single match option returns for the new game and players will be able to challenge any other gamers to a single match to test their teams and skills.

The new Season Mode can be played offline or online and has 10 divisions with titles, promotions and relegation mechanics.

The team at EA Sports writes in an official blog that, “The new historic Seasons stats will track your results, and you can earn rewards such as coins, items, and players along the way.”

Gamers will also get more search options for the transfer market, which should make it easier to find and then obtain the players that can increase the power of a team.

Ultimate Team for FIFA 14 also introduces customization options for player shirt numbers.
