The retail chain GAME says that it has secured a number of extra PlayStation 4 home consoles for the European launch event that is set to take place tonight, meaning that even those who lack a pre-order have a chance to pick up a device.

VG247 quotes Charlotte Knight, category director at the company, as saying that, “We’re expecting these bundles and all accessories to fly off the shelves and so if you want to get your hands on a PlayStation 4 at launch, you need to get online now or go to one of our stores from midnight!”

Earlier during the week, a report suggested that the GAME chain would not be able to deal with initial demand for the PlayStation 4.

All consoles are being sold on a first come, first served basis and those who want something extra can also pick up the Killzone Mega Pack, which includes a copy of the new Shadow Fall title.
