Playing Game of Thrones, Wildstar, Chronology and more

Andrei Dumitrescu: This week, I am still recovering from the seven days I have spent in Berlin and that means that I will have quite a bit to read and clearly not enough energy to play something very complicated.

Thus, I will first try to check in with my Game of Thrones: Ascent alliance in order to see how they are doing and see what our plans are for the coming Alliance versus Alliance phase.

I will also try to finally put an end to some long-running games of Football Manager 2014 as I try to limit the time I spend with the title just as the real-world championships are also ending.

And, if my brother has the time and energy, I also plan to play a few matches of 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil from EA Sports in order to see how England and Romania match up.

Andrei Dobra: My weekend will be spent with Chronology, the time-bending puzzle game for PC, but I'll also go back to the likes of Diablo 3, CS:GO or Full Bore.

Chronology is on next week's review schedule and I'm quite interested to see if the time manipulation mechanics will be used by some clever puzzles or if it's just a rudimentary gimmick designed to trick those looking for a challenge.

When I am not solving puzzles, I'll probably jump into Diablo 3, as I'm finally getting a taste for Torment difficulty and I've found a group who can help out my not so well-geared Wizard survive tough encounters.

It's been over a week since the Huntsman update for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and I still haven't found a case from the new collection, so I'm keen on trying to get Valve's random system to drop me one eventually.

Radu Haulica: This weekend my plate is pretty full, as I intend to delve once again into the secrets of planet Nexus, while juggling my team of Steam-powered proto-apocalyptic warriors on a tablet in the downtime.

Which is a fancier way to say that I'll be swiping and tapping on my tablet playing Aerena, while running around Wildstar, attempting to stir all kinds of trouble.

Aerena has kicked off its season and it promises some sweet prizes to its top players, which means that it'll be a good opportunity to find out whether I am one of them, which I doubt, but it's okay since the game is pretty fun and I'm also curious to see how fast one can farm its virtual in-game currency.

Additionally, Wildstar is currently in open beta until May 18, and considering that it comes with a subscription fee, it's also the best opportunity for everyone to give it a spin before committing to a purchase. This is great, because the higher the population on the servers, the more things there are to do. I'm mostly thinking about ganking here.
