The development team at ZeniMax Online and Bethesda announce that the North American mega server for The Elder Scrolls Online has been brought back up online and that it is getting ready to take down the European infrastructure for a maintenance period.

The company explains on its Twitter feed that it has implemented the new 1.0.1 version of the game, which comes complete with a extensive set of patch notes that gamers should explore before jumping back into the MMO.

There are plenty of changes made to the core mechanics of the title and some bugs are fixed, with the team inviting the community to continue to deliver feedback in order to improve the overall experience.

The two companies are also announcing that the European mega server for The Elder Scrolls Online is entering its own maintenance period and that, at this moment, it is unknown how long it will last.

The MMO is at the moment in the early access period, which means that a limited number of gamers are able to play.

ZeniMax Online is using the week to deliver changes to the MMO in order to make sure that it is in the best possible shape on April 4, when everybody will be able to play it on the PC.

Versions of the title for the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 are set to arrive in early summer.
