Eidos Montreal is reportedly developing an unannounced third-person action-adventure title for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.

The clues that hinted to this were the LinkedIn profiles of some of the developers at the studio, their online CVs including references to an unannounced game, as seen on the senior game designer and level artist's pages.

Work on the project is said to have started in November 2013, when they finished with the studio's upcoming first-person stealth shooter Thief.

Eidos Montreal has already reported to have cancelled a game in October 2013, and this is presumably a reference to some new development. They have also confirmed that they are working on a “dark and dystopian” next-gen Deus Ex game.

The upcoming Thief game is expected to arrive on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One in late February 2014.
