14 DAY TRIAL // D3 Publisher, a subsidiary of Namco Bandai, announced that Earth Defense Force 2025 will land on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 systems on February 18.
The Earth Defense Force is a unified international military group sponsored by all Earth countries in the effort to deter the alien Ravager invasion. Ravagers attacked the earth with giant lizard and insect-like creatures, robots and UFOs.
After successfully driving the attackers back in 2017, it is time for the Earth Defense Force to shine yet again, as the unrelenting Ravagers have launched another offensive against Earth.
The game will come with its Special Ops DLC pack (bringing five new missions) ready for the taking, and two more downloadable content packs will follow shortly thereafter, as Polygon informs.
The Mutant Rampage DLC will bring an additional 20 missions on February 25, and the Beyond Despair DLC will arrive on March 11, with an additional 20 missions as well.
Various retailers are offering pre-order bonuses of in-game weapon packs, redeemable starting February 18, once Earth Defense Force 2025 is released.
