The folks over at Techland have been invited at this year's VGX awards show to demo their upcoming title Dying Light. The studio is already known for their Dead Island Riptide, which was released earlier this year, so it comes to no surprise Dying Light it's a zombie survival horror game.

The recently shown demo features a few weapons that players will have access to within the game, as well as some of the mechanics and how the zombies react.

Developers also confirmed players will be able to go through each level of the game using different paths, so there's more than one way to get to their destination.

The game will have 10 times more zombies on screen than Techland's latest zombie game, and will offer, hopefully, at least twice the fun.

Dying Light is being developed with Techland's Chrome Engine 6 and should arrive on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC sometime in 2014.
