14 DAY TRIAL // Evolution Studios and Sony have finally revealed a new gameplay video with their upcoming Driveclub racing experience for the PS4, confirming that it will debut on October 8 for the new console, almost a year since it was originally set to be released.
The PS4 was presented to the world in February of 2013, and alongside it quite a few titles were confirmed for its launch, including Driveclub.
Unfortunately for new PS4 owners, the racing experience from Evolution was delayed from its initial November 2013 release period so that the developer could work on polishing it and making it much more attractive.
After reports about a possible June release for Driveclub, Evolution and Sony have finally revealed a fresh gameplay video with the racing game and alongside it an actual release date of October 8.
While the footage is quite impressive, showing off some intense racing across different gorgeous circuits with many cars and plenty of great moments, the new release date is a shocker, considering it's almost a year's worth of delay for the new title.
No other details were offered and no reasoning was given for this major delay for Driveclub on the PS4, so expect to hear more as we get closer to fall. Until then, check out the video below.
