Capcom revealed a handful of new screenshots from the upcoming Dragon's Dogma Online, complete with a brand new gameplay video, showing off the title's features.

The footage was unveiled during a livestreamed event from Akihabara, Tokyo, and the developers highlighted the upcoming title's most prominent features, by undergoing a four-player quest.

The video was captured and uploaded by YouTube user ditnation Maver, who made it available for the world to see. It is in Japanese, but you can get a feel of how the game plays. The actual gameplay starts around the five minute mark.

Dragon's Dogma and its expanded and enhanced edition, Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen, performed very well from a commercial standpoint, which prompted Capcom to start working on a sequel.

The original was praised for the fact that it takes many chances and experiments with some innovative features, but also critiqued for its many flaws and frustrating design.

Dragon's Dogma Online will introduce a whole new storyline and will be made available as a free-to-play title.

For the time being, Capcom has not made any announcements regarding the western release of Dragon's Dogma Online. The video game is slated for a 2015 release on PC, Playstation 3 and PlayStation 4, in Japan.
