The development team at BioWare and publisher Electronic Arts announce that they are moving the launch date of the Dragon Age: Keep companion experience in order to correlate it with the new November 18 release day for Dragon Age: Inquisition.

The two companies are unwilling to say exactly when the new app will be delivered, but they do assure the community that they will have plenty of time to explore it before the full game is available.

Dragon Age: Keep is designed to allow players to customize story choices across the entire franchise, meaning that gamers can set up the state of the world before they launch Inquisition.

BioWare states, "Since we last wrote about the Keep,we’ve launched a closed beta program that has been running successfully for several months. We’re adding more and more users on a regular basis, and working with our testers has been instrumental in improving the overall Keep experience."

The Keep will probably also deliver some small in-game bonuses for those who use it and more info on the core mechanics will be offered in the coming months.

Dragon Age: Inquisition was delayed from its initial early October date in order to give BioWare more time to polish the role-playing experience.
