Brian Bloom delivers some great voice work

Dragon Age: Inquisition is one day away from launch in the United States and the development team at BioWare has taken an unusual approach with its latest trailer, bringing in Brian Bloom, the voice of Varric, to present how the world of Thedas looks at the start of the story, with plenty of details about the conflict between the Templars and the Mages and about the way the Chantry is aiming to solve it.

All the included details can also be obtained by the player characters during the first few hours of the game, but the three-minute video is a good idea because it adds some more context for fans who have not followed all the marketing push associated with the new role-playing title.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is a complex experience that unfolds a narrative with multiple threads and layers.

BioWare has included a lot of content in the game and uses a quasi-open world structure in order to give gamers plenty of occasions to wander on their own, while also guiding them down a critical path that includes a lot of big fights and some familiar faces from older titles in the series.

Dragon Age: Inquisition will be offered tomorrow in the US and on November 21 in Europe.
