After bringing forth some pretty challenging weekend events for Dragon Age: Inquisition in recent weeks, BioWare has decided to take things into a more outlandish direction with the current operation, tasking fans with unleashing jars of bees onto the battlefield.

Dragon Age: Inquisition has been around since November of last year, and in order to keep fans hooked on the game's cooperative multiplayer mode, developer BioWare continued to organize all sorts of different weekend events.

In recent weeks, the studio has taken a bigger focus on the new mechanics added by the free Dragonslayer expansion, but for the current weekend, things are a bit lighter in tone and challenge.

Individual players must unleash 20 jars of bees in order to get their free Commendation Chest. Meanwhile, the community overall on the PS4 must deploy a cumulated 125,000 jars. PC and Xbox One users must reach 65,000, while PS3 and Xbox 360 owners need to reach 35,000. In exchange for their efforts, BioWare will reward the communities with a free Victory Chest.

The new Dragon Age: Inquisition multiplayer weekend event is already underway. It's set to end on Monday, June 15, at 5am PST, according to the official website, so try to complete it sooner rather than later, so that you earn your rewards.
