The game stops working without any error message

A few weeks have passed since Dragon Age: Inquisition was released all over the world and plenty of owners are still experiencing random crashes across multiple platforms, starting with PC and continuing with the PS4 and other consoles, and BioWare is still not commenting on the problem.

Dragon Age: Inquisition launched earlier last month and finally delivered the long-awaited medieval fantasy role-playing experience to millions of fans from around the world.

While the game is certainly impressive, it has run into several issues since launch, including broken quests and other such problems.

Among the most frustrating are the random crashes experienced by players across different platforms, as evidenced by a 7-page-long thread on the official forums.

There, PC, PS4, and many other platform owners complain of periodical crashes when playing the game. I have also experienced the errors at random intervals of time and in different situations. It may happen when traveling to a new zone or when entering the War Room, but it can also happen when loading a save game file or when saving to a file.

Different solutions have been experimented with, such as repairing or reinstalling the game, but it seems that the issues continue to happen.

As of yet, neither BioWare nor EA has commented on the problems, so it's unclear if they're trying to figure out solutions to these random crashes.
