BioWare confirms that it's currently looking into the possibility of seeing a face changer system for its recently released Dragon Age: Inquisition role-playing experience, similar to how the Black Emporium mirror worked in Dragon Age 2, which should help undecided players and those who suffered from certain voice issues.
Dragon Age: Inquisition launched last month and delivered an intense role-playing experience that allowed fans to engage in epic adventures across the continent of Thedas while controlling their customized hero – the Inquisition.
However, once you completed the character creation process, you were unable to tweak or overhaul the face of your character. This caused quite a lot of anxiety amongst veteran fans, who knew that their characters could look in a certain way in the artificial creator system and in a different way during actual cut scenes and sequences in the game.
Fortunately, BioWare's Mark Darrah confirms on Twitter that his team is looking into the possibility of seeing a face change mechanic in Inquisition. Loyal fans will remember that they were able to do that in Dragon Age 2 by going to the Black Emporium and using its mirror to alter the appearance of their own version of Hawke.
It's unclear just how far the tweaking will be allowed, but you can expect some more details in the following weeks, probably after the winter holidays.
@AlexandusRex we are looking into a face changer like DA2. With that you would be able to fix the issue.
