The Catacombs spawn and the Apex DLL problems are solved

CI Games and Deck13 Interactive have just released a brand new patch for Lords of the Fallen on the PC platform, taking it to version 1.2 and solving a few big bugs, while increasing the actual stability of the medieval fantasy role-playing game.

Lords of the Fallen launched last month and delivered a pretty grueling role-playing experience that tasked players with traveling through a gorgeous environment while fighting all sorts of imposing enemies.

While the actual content was pretty good, the technical side of the RPG wasn't that great, as the title suffered from constant crashes and plenty of bugs.

The two developers, CI Games and Deck13 Interactive, have now released a fresh patch for the challenging RPG, this time fixing some more issues while improving general stability, meaning less random crashes.

The update ensures that the game correctly saves advanced display settings after it restarts and fixes the spawn point located at the Catacombs door. Unfortunately, the Catacombs pit issue fix doesn't get characters out of the hole, so there's no solution just yet for those who got their protagonist stuck in it.

The Apex DLL issue encountered by players in recent days has also been remedied by patch 1.2, so expect a much more stable Lords of the Fallen experience on PC.

As of yet, it's unclear when an update is coming to the game's PS4 or Xbox One versions. Until then, PC users can already download it via the Steam service.
