14 DAY TRIAL // The Wii U exclusive side-scrolling platformer Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze just got a brand new TV commercial, highlighting the family friendly antics of the lovable Donkey Kong.
As you can see above, Donkey Kong and his sidekicks Diddy Kong, Dixie Kong and Cranky Kong are determined to fend off the Snomads, the pesky penguins and walruses that invade the Donkey Kong Island.
The TV spot shows the characters both in animated sequences and in-game action, after his island is attacked by the pernicious Snomads right on Donkey Kong's birthday.
Gamers interested in a more gameplay-oriented video can check out the Japanese trailer released by Nintendo a few days ago.
Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze will be released as a Wii U exclusive title, out on February 13 in Japan, February 21 in Europe and North America and February 22 in Australasia.
