Gamers will get new enemies and complex story puzzles

Developer Supermassive Games and publisher BBC Worldwide Digital Entertainment have announced that their upcoming BBC Worldwide Digital Entertainment will be launched on the PlayStation Vita handheld from Sony on June 13, exclusively via digital distribution.

The two companies are also putting the title out on the PlayStation Network On May 23 and a physical release for the Sony home console will take place in the United Kingdom on May 25.

The game is also set to be available on the PC on the same date.

Gamers will meet Daleks, Cybermen, Silurians and The Silence in the game and there will be two new monsters exclusively designed for the video game.

Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock will allow gamers to explore locations familiar to those who have seen the television show while also challenging players with a number of puzzles based around the universe.

Television series have recently become more interesting to video game developers, with Telltale Games delivering an adaptation of The Walking Dead.
