14 DAY TRIAL // The team working on Disney Infinity says that it is planning to introduce a range of new characters for the game, including Sorcerer’s Apprentice Mickey as well as characters from Wreck-It Ralph, Frozen and Phineas and Ferb.
All of them can be played in the Toy Box open mode of the game and come complete with a short adventure that can be enjoyed solo or via coop and introduces the character and his abilities.
At the same time, Disney says that in October it will launch a new playset, called Toy Story in Space, according to VG247.
It will challenge players to move aliens from the Pizza Planet to a new world and will deliver Space Ranger equipment with hoverpacks, laser blasters, goo blaster and new mounts for players to use.
Gamers will also be able to play as Jack Skellington, Rapunzel, Vanellope, Anna and Elsa.
The game is expected to arrive on August 18 in North America and on August 20 in Europe on the PlayStation 3, Wii, Wii U, Xbox 360 and 3DS.
