The development team working on Disney Infinity 2.0 announces that it is planning to launch a version of the new title called the Toy Box Starter Pack, which will include only characters created by the company internally.

The entire package is designed to drop the superhero presence that has been so heavily promoted until now in order to allow players to get access to more familiar faces like Merida and Stitch.

The new Toy Box Starter Pack is compatible with all the content launched for the game, from other play sets to powers disks and figurines, and gamers can expand their collection at any time.

John Blackburn, the vice president and general manager of Avalanche Software, states, "Disney Infinity fans spend the majority of their time inside the Toy Box mode, and with our new Toy Box Starter Pack, we’re giving Disney fans an alternative entry point to the Disney Infinity sequel."

The newly announced Disney Infinity 2.0 Toy Box Starter Pack will be launched on November 4 and will cost under 60 dollars or Euro.

Some retailers will offer gamers an additional free figurine for the game if they pre-order, and on the same date gamers will get access to the version of the title that features Marvel superheroes.
