Gamers can learn about the upcoming battle with Death

Video game developer Blizzard and publisher Activision are delivering an official television spot for the Reaper of Souls expansion for Diablo 3, designed to get as many players as possible to pick up the game before launch.

The interesting fact is that the 30-second long clip does feature any sort of gameplay taken from the title and focuses on the quality of the cinematics.

The ad for Reaper of Souls does a good job of showing gamers the main narrative of the coming expansion, which will have the player battling Death and its powerful minions in order to once more save humanity from supernatural forces.

Reaper of Souls will be launched on March 25 and all those who are willing to pre-order the game will get access to a special cosmetic item for their character and a hero that can be used in the new Heroes of the Storm Multiplayer Online Battle Arena.

The new Diablo 3 content will include an entirely new class, the Crusader, who has a unique set of skills designed to take out undead enemies, but there are also new adventures to explore, more enemies to battle and many changes to the core game mechanics, some of which are introduced via the 2.0.1 patch.
