14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Blizzard continues to deliver information on the Reaper of Souls expansion for Diablo 3, showing some of the enemies that gamers will need to deal with as they protect the city of Westmarch.
The team states in a blog post that, “most who have encountered them have perished. Fortunately, a Horadrim under the command of Tyrael by the name of Lorath Nahr has experienced the foul reapers of Westmarch first-hand and survived to tell the tale, documenting both their behavior and perceived origin.”
Blizzard then goes on to offer details about the Death Maiden, the Executioner, the Exorcists, the War Beat and more.
Reaper of Souls is designed to add an entirely new class to Diablo 3, the Crusader, while also introducing a set of new item mechanics and more challenges for gamers to deal with.
The expansion will be launched in 2014 on the PC and home consoles.
