Gamers should not take advantage of exploits

Video game developer Blizzard is announcing that it is disabling the Legendary affix for Death's Bargain in Diablo 3 effective immediately because it was causing instability in the game servers and it was being used to gain significant progression in the high-level Greater Rifts, which should not be possible.

Apparently, the effects are linked to a combination of items and abilities that the studio is not mentioning, probably to make sure that gamers do not try to exploit it using other weapons.

The official forum post adds, "Note that this is a temporary measure, and we are working on an additional hotfix to address the underlying issues. While we don't have an ETA for this fix to share at this time, we will provide updates as they become available."

At the moment, Season 3 for Diablo 3 is running, and Blizzard is committed to making only small changes to the game.

The team is using hotfixes to deal with the biggest problems, but it is only planning to deliver a full patch for the game in a few months.

In the meantime, Blizzard has urged players to stay away from exploits in order to keep the gameplay as pure as possible.
